The going rate:  these rates apply to the cottage on the water or the apartment in the garden

Daily rate for March to November is $150.00 for two people. Winter rate for November thru end of February is $110.00 a day for two people.  $30.00 for each additional person up to four people. Children under 5 free are free but discouraged...see below.   No pets.  Two day minimum on weekends. Rates are subject to change until deposit is received.  Note: Check in after 10 PM by special arrangement only.

Weekly rate in Season : 7 nights are normally $1050, but currently the last night is free!!!!!  For a weekly rate of $900. Winter weekly discount is also one night free with 7 nights.  Monthly rate:  Call

A $35.00 cleaning fee is required for each visit. No daily maid service is available.  Clean linens always provided.

A $250.00 deposit is required to hold your reservation for week long reservations.  A 10 day prior notice of cancellation is required to avoid charges.

Children:      Our cottage is on the water and as such is a safety issue for infants, small children and non-swimmers.  We ask that parents require those in that group wear life perservers at all times when on the dock. Lifejackets must be worn by all persons while using any of our boats or floation devices.

PS. Smoking is not allowed in the cabin or apartment.
