The going rate:  these rates apply to the cottage on the water or the apartment in the garden

Daily rate for March to November is $130.00 for two people. Winter rate for November thru end of February is $90.00 a day for two people.  $25.00 for each additional person up to four people, children under 6 free.  Ask about bringing pets.  Two day minimum on weekends.

Weekly rate : 7 nights normally $910, but currently the last night is free!!!!!  For a weekly rate of $780. Monthly rate:  $2000.00 for two people and $2500.00 for up to four people.

A $25.00 cleaning fee is required for each visit. No daily maid service is available.  Clean linens always provided.

A $250.00 deposit is required to hold your reservation for week long reservations.  A one week prior notice of cancellation is required to avoid charges.

Our cottage is on the water and as such is a safety issue for infants, small children and non-swimmers.  We ask that parents require those in that group wear life perservers at all times when on the dock.

PS. Smoking is not allowed in the cabin.
